Return / Exchange Policies: 1. In case the size doesn’t fit you, you can return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery. 2. Shipping charges to the Neizora Brand Office for the exchange/ return needs to be taken care by the customer. 3. All the tags and package box needs to be kept intact. 4. The outfit shouldn’t be damaged or torn or have anything spilled while return/exchange

Unfortunately, we do not have customisation option available. Currently, we offer readymade outfits.
